Wells, Minnesota is a progressive town of 2,300 located in Faribault County. It is strategically located between Mankato (35 miles), Albert Lea (20 miles) and Blue Earth (25 miles). ATTENTION WELLS CITIZENS! Below is a link to the Wells North Broadway/3rd Avenue project website! This site will be modified and updated as construction progresses and will be a great tool to keep residents informed. Affected residents will also receive a paper copy of the initial newsletter with information regarding the project website and how to sign up. This first newsletter will be sent out once we get closer to the start of construction.
Highways 22 & 109 are tentatively scheduled for reconstruction through Wells in 2026. MNDOT is in the early stages of project development and would like any community feedback. Click on the link below to participate! Thank you!
