Compost Rules
The City of Wells Composting site is on the West side of town on the North side of State Hwy 109.

Grass, leaves, branches or garden debris are welcome at the compost site.
Items that aren’t welcome at the site are: Large trees Boards with nails Paint Stain Garbage Cat Litter Animal Droppings
